Customer's Fault Description
Black wire to battery connection in handset fell off when removing battery : 9v/ 6LR61/MN1604, in a power cut. I later slit the case to see what was going on, (can prob seal flexible plastic case with elec tape when mended?).
If wires need to be replaced, please ensure that there is enough space to insert battery and to replace cover.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damage battery cable. A replacement cable was fitted as well as 4 new buttons which restored full functionality.
