Customer's Fault Description
I believe most of these buttons do NOT work. It sometimes turns on and I can get a vibrating function but certainly no lift from the head or foot end of the bed. Would like an instruction booklet of what button does what but cannot locate the company anywhere.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This bed controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various sluggish / non responding buttons. This was due to worn contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
We don't have instruction manuals for beds im afraid so one cannot be supplied.
