Tempur System 2000 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Tempur
Model : System 2000
Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons to lift the head of the bed work,.There is also a problem with the lower left button which operates the lowering of the head of the bed. Would be grateful if all buttons could be checked.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have high resistance button contacts. Switch cleaner was used to clean all contacts on all buttons and also the contacts bent slightly to make a better contact.
When re-tested the button contacts were shorted out without resistance as per normal operation.
