Customer's Fault Description
The button (on the left) which brings the ladder down does not work in all them. The button (right button) which retracts the ladder works!!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These 3 remotes arrived safely and on testing all were found to have bad buttons and one was found to have a corroded battery cable.
All buttons were replaced and the bad battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality to all remotes (See testing video).
