Customer's Fault Description
There are only 3 buttons on this remote and all 3 buttons do not work. Please note this a Green plug 2.4 GHz model.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These stairlift controls arrived safely from Canada and on testing both were non responsive.
Each had badly worn button contacts. Replacing the button contacts on one of the remotes (the one with the blue label on the back) restored full functionality but the second remote was found to have a blown IC (9 volts was found on each button contact due to the short), this has rendered this remote beyond repair.
The payment on this page is for the repair to the one remote plus the return postage.
