Customers Fault Description : Pads have lost their conductivity

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish button response due to worn contacts.

Replacement conductive pads were glued into place on all buttons which restored full functionality.
