Customer's Fault Description
The on button has stopped working and the up and down buttons on the remote for the volume control on the amplifer which rotates when you press them are a bit sluggish and you have to press them quite hard to get them to work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various non responding / sluggish buttons.
This was due to worn contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality to all buttons. (see testing video)
