Bose RC9 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Bose

Model : RC9

Customers Fault Description : Buttons not working are on&off, Volume and I am not sure of the others

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from Australia and on testing was found not to transmit on any button.

On opening there was a very large amount of corrosion on both sides of the print caused by a battery leak (see images),  unfortunately due to the amount of damage (it has even eaten through the double layered button pads) a repair is not possible.

 

As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £15 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
