Handicare Serenity Stairlift 950 Remote Repair Details

Model : Stairlift 950
Customers Fault Description : Remotes not lighting up when buttons are pressed, even with new batteries (9volt).
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two remotes arrived safely from the United States of America and on testing one was intermittent on its button response and the other was non responsive.
Both were found to be suffering from the same issue whereby the contacts were worn. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality (see testing video)
