Redliro Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Redliro

Customers Fault Description : I believe that either one or two buttons work. The start stop and cut off button. The menu program and speed buttons seem to not respond. Which doesn't allow me to pair the remote. I have contacted manufacturer but they apparently discontinued this item.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Treadmill remote remote arrived safely and on adding a battery was found to be transmitting on every button as per normal operation.

The terminals on this remote can be quite tricky to position correctly when inserting a battery which is the most likeliest cause of the problem.

A CR2032 battery will be left in position on return to the customer, it is very important to note the position of the terminals when it comes time to change the battery (the inserted battery is a brand new Duracell so it shouldn't need changing for at least a year of normal use)
