Changed batteries but still doesn't work!
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing the Heat 1 button was not responding.  All other buttons were found to be functioning but sluggish in response.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place on all buttons which restored full functionality.
