Button stuck in on the back /can’t test the rested
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a collapsed safely button on the reverse. This button was replaced which restored full functionality.
This remote was returned 20th July 2022 and on testing was found to have a non responsive stop button, this was due to corrosion in the button facia print caused by moisture damage, this was reworked which restored full functionality, this was not part of the original repair and moisture damage is not covered by the guarantee but we have repaired it this time with no charge and returned 21st July 2022
