Customer's Fault Description
Buttons not working, on goes on but sometimes does not go off. Flame control
Does not go from small to large.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was held on with tape, this cover cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On testing the button response was non responsive / sluggish. All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video).
