Customer's Fault Description
Remote control was last used in very damp and muddy conditions and stopped working after about 45 minutes exposure to these conditions. Remote control will not power up, after fitting new batteries. Power on/off button clicks as normal when pressed, but power-on lamp does not light up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to respond from its power button press.
This was due to a corrosion spot in the print from water ingress. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
