This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
This was found to be due to a mounting pin of the PCB being broken which allowed the PCB to move around inside the control effectively making the power buttons top part not touch the electronic part of the switch.
The PCB was hotmelted firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
