Customer's Fault Description
LED does not show any signs of emitting IR when using a Mobile Phone Camera to view. Item shows no functionality when used with the equipment. Has worked with the equipment for many years till recently.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to transit a signal on any button press.
This was found to be due to cracked solder joints on the IR LED. The solder was reworked which restored full functionality.
