Customer's Fault Description
Top button & red button make light come on both on the handset and ther receiver on the wall but do not activate the door.
The bottom green & the grey button do not light anything up & do not activate the door.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have non responsive buttons.
On opening there was sign of contamination based corrosion on some of the components and the button pads were coated in corrosion. The PCB was cleaned and the button contacts etched clean which restored full functionality (see testing video).
A set of Duracell CR2016 batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
