Customer's Fault Description
1. The power switch has to be held down for some time before it works.<br />
2. The bottom switch ie down arrow does not work properly. It has to be held down with such pressure otherwise it doesn’t work therefore the caravan will not reverse. Temperamental
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing the power button was found to be working as normal, this remote required the power button to be pressed twice in order to turn the device on.
The down button was confirmed to be non functioning. This was due to contamination under the button cap. The entire button array and button caps were cleaned which restored full functionality (see testing video)
