Customer's Fault Description
no1 Transmit light on constantly - possible stuck button

no2 No light at all - seems to have no power
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These remotes arrived safely and on testing one was confirmed to be dead and the other had problematic button response.
The dead remote was component tested but sadly a repair was not possible due to the issue being related to the main IC which is not available as a spare.
The other controller had a faulty button facia. After talking to the customer it was concluded to make one working remote out of the two which was done.
