Customer's Fault Description
Non of the DSP or surround buttons work; included a map of the keys that work and the ones that dont. The remote lights up on any button contact, but the AV receiver does nothing. Have confirmed functionality on the receiver manually.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not transmit on its DSP buttons. This was due to the remote being "Stuck" in Source mode.
The switch on the side would not switch out of Source. On opening this was found to be due to a bent part of the switch slide. The bent part was cut off which allowed the switch to then fully travel into position. This restored full functionality.
