Red light comes on control, but is not linking up with motor mover.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to transmit an RF signal when powered on.

This was due toa faulty RF module, this was replaced which restored full functionality. (the original RF module appeared to have liquid underneath it meaning this remote had been exposed to liquid at some point)

The PCB has to be hot glued back into place as the mounting clips were missing.
