NUMBERS ON HANDSET: TH27-2039-009 201807260315
THE BOTTOM RIGHT BUTTON (TO RAISE THE CHAIR) IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY - IT REQUIRES AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF PRESSURE TO MAKE IT WORK.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each button.
