Willowbrook Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Willowbrook
Customers Fault Description : not working. Have checked both the electrical connections with the other remote control and both connections are fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was damaged at the remote end, this was causing an open circuit on one of the internal wires.
The cable was cut back by a few centimeters and refitted to bypass the break.
