Simaudio Moon FRM-2 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No operation of any buttons after drop

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On opening there was signs of a battery leak in the battery block, this was causing an open circuit (possibly also from the drop).  The battery block was reworked which restored full functionality (see testing video)
