Customers Fault Description : foot lift button not working / chair high lift playing up
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was damaged at the remote entry point and also the button contacts were worn.
The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the damage and replacement conductive pads glued under each button.
