PURPLELINE Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : ONLY WORKS WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT. RED LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE EVEN WHEN IT WORKS

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to respond from its double power button press.

This was due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored power but the LED was confirmed to be faulty, a replacement white led was fitted which restored full functionality (see testing video)
