Customer's Fault Description
Have changed battery’s and motor mover does not respond to hand control. Green light does not show on hand control. Non of the buttons on the remote are working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to respond from its power button press.

This was due to a corrosion spot in the print, the print was reworked which then restored power.

When testing the button at the 2 o'clock position was found to be non responsive, this was again caused by a tiny corrosion spot.  The print was reworked which then restored full functionality.
