Customer's Fault Description
The top part of bed does not raise...I have two remotes and have switched them and the bed adjusts fine, so I know the bed is working, just this remote won't work
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have badly contaminated button contacts (the top 2 buttons, see images).
This was causing a resistance to the contacts meaning that the buttons were rendered sluggish / useless.
The PCB and button array was cleared of all contaminants.
