Customers Fault Description : The top part of bed does not raise...I have two remotes and have switched them and the bed adjusts fine, so I know the bed is working, just this remote won't work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have badly contaminated button contacts (the top 2 buttons, see images).
This was causing a resistance to the contacts meaning that the buttons were rendered sluggish / useless.
The PCB and button array was cleared of all contaminants.
