Dometic Heki 4 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : the remote controller is not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This RV light and skylight remote arrived safely from the United States and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery terminal (see image).  The terminal was replaced and the others - re-plated which restored full functionality.

The customer also requested a clone, we have created on at the cost of £20.  Please see the image below of the clone we will be supplying.
