Customer's Fault Description
The buttons only work intermittently have to keep pressing all the time the straight back buttons
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a missing battery cover and a reworked battery cable.
On testing the control was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal functionality. The signal was tested as correct frequency and constant when all buttons are pressed.
This has classed this item as no fault found, the customer is to check all connections on the receiver as it is highly likely that a poor connection is present which is effected by the motion of the caravan.
