Customer's Fault Description
Not functioning at all even with new batteries ... ?? battery leak
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead. One of the terminals did have signs of a battery leak, this terminal was re-plated but the dead issue remained.
The fault was found to be a faulty oscillator, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
