Customer's Fault Description
The remote lights up when the buttons are pressed but it won't open or close the shutter door.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation, the frequency was tested at 433 Mhz which was correct.
It is possible that the remote needs "pairing" with its receiver again, the customer is required to check with the receivers manual as to how this item can be paired.
A set of CR2016 Duracell batteries will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of it being related to the customers batteries.
