Power arriving but buttons not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely with its corresponding extension cable and both the remote cable and the extension was damaged.

A replacement straight cable was fitted, a longer than normal cable was fitted to bypass the need for the extension cable as we cannot get replacement extensions.

A full internal component test was carried out on the remote with no further issues being found.
