Customer's Fault Description
I am not able to operate my fan using the remote control. I don't see any lights emitting from the red cover when I press any buttons (as in your video). I've installed new batteries but not sure what else to check with it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This HC61 Remote ceiling fan remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.
The code being transmitted was tested against a stock code and again confirmed to be correct.
Please note that this remote does not have a visible light being emitted as this is infra red which is invisible to the human eye (it can only be seen through an electronic device such as a camera)
This item has been classed as no fault found.
