Customers Fault Description : I am not able to operate my fan using the remote control. I don't see any lights emitting from the red cover when I press any buttons (as in your video). I've installed new batteries but not sure what else to check with it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This HC61 Remote ceiling fan remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.
The code being transmitted was tested against a stock code and again confirmed to be correct.
Please note that this remote does not have a visible light being emitted as this is infra red which is invisible to the human eye (it can only be seen through an electronic device such as a camera)
This item has been classed as no fault found.
