Customer's Fault Description
The left hand side button (riser function) stopped working, both other buttons work perfectly
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was damaged at the remote entry point and also the button contacts were worn.
The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the break and replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each button.
