Customer's Fault Description
The warning light is on continuously and none of the buttons work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic functionality and would "freeze" up.

This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator, this was replaced which restored full functionality.

The battery terminals were tightened up as well due to the connection being slightly loose.
