Recline return button not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was damaged.

When opened the button array had started to decompose and contaminate the PCB (see image).

The PCB was cleared of contaminates and conductive pads glued under the buttons.

The cable was then replaced.
