Customer's Fault Description
There are 2 wires to the battery, a black one and a red one and the black one has broken off the cap the fits to the top of the battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged battery cable (see image).
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full fucntioanlity.
