Customer's Fault Description
Despite changing the batteries on the remote - it will not communicate with the Gazco gas fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection there was a crack in the back of the control.
On testing there was no RF signal present. When opened the RF module had completely detached from the main board. This was refitted into place which restored full functionality.
