Powrwheel / Powrtouch Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Powrwheel / Powrtouch

Customers Fault Description : The remote will not power on when pressing the two green power buttons simultaneously, as per instructions. On our last two trips recently, the remote has failed to power on. But after a few attempts, it has responded.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to respond from its twin power button press.

This was due to the common issue of worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
