Customer's Fault Description
The foot rest control button does not operate (bottom right) and the rise button (bottom left) is intermittent. this is four button controller plus a reset button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and also a small amount of liquid contamination on the PCB.  The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and replacement conductive pads glued into place.
