Manufacturer : KENWOOD

Customers Fault Description : Remote no longer operates the Hi-Fi unit

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Kenwood remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.  The terminals were rusted from a battery leak.

All terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
