Customers Fault Description : The remote is dead, despite fitting a new battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from France and on inspection the battery connector was damaged and the remote dead.
The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video)
