Tempur System 2000 Remote Repair Details

Model : System 2000
Customers Fault Description : The right hand as looking at the handset button for the single up and down button will make the bed go up but not go down.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from Morayshire and on carrying out a complete component and cable test an issue could not be found.
It is possible that the button contacts were slightly dirty causing a problem but as a fault could not be replicated i have classed this item as no fault found. I have however cleaned the button contacts with switch cleaner but we are not charging for this due to not being 100% convinced that it was a problem.
The customer is to test the remote on return. The only charge for this item is for the return postage.
