Customer's Fault Description
Will not swich on using remote buttons, but will work when plugged into the `hard wire` Buttons on remote when using need a hard push to make them work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Leeds and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its twin power button press.
This was due to a corrosion spot within the layers of the button facia. The facia was split apart and the trace reworked which restored full functionality (see testing video)
