Powrtouch Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Powrtouch

Customers Fault Description : Will not swich on using remote buttons, but will work when plugged into the `hard wire` Buttons on remote when using need a hard push to make them work.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from Leeds and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its twin power button press.

This was due to a corrosion spot within the layers of the button facia.  The facia was split apart and the trace reworked which restored full functionality (see testing video)
