Novoferm novotron 302 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : buttons not always working when pressed

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from West Yorkshire and on testing was found ot have 1 non functioning button and a very weak signal.

The weak signal was due to a drained battery (was 5v instead of 12v).  The battery was replaced which restored the full signal strength but the one button was still non functioning.  This was due to a faulty button.  Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
