PDT KF04-433RC Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote just stopped working, put new Duracell CR 2016 batteries in, no light comes on and no response from door

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from Worcestershire and on testing weas found to not respond from its button presses.

This was found ot be due to bad solder points on the battery housing. All 3 points were re-flowed which restored full functionality (see testing video)

A set of Duracell CR2016 batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
