Customer's Fault Description
Forward button not working & no light button showing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Leicestershire and on inspection was missing its battery cover.
On opening the power button as well as 3 other buttons were found to be open circuit as well as the LED was shattered.
The buttons were replaced and the LED which restored full functionality.
A replacement battery cover was also supplied as we had a spare.
