Velux Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Customers Fault Description : Not functioning even with new batteries and after using reset button.
Remote and window are both over 10 years old
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from the Vale of Glamorgan and on testing the display was illuminated but totally blank.
A replacement display was fitted which restored full functionality.
