Customer's Fault Description
Remote not opening garage door.<br /><br />
Changed battery and still not working.<br /><br />
Red light is coming on but not operating door
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from East Ayrshire and on testing was confirmed to light up but not be sending a radio signal.
On inspection this was found to be due to the oscillator having a broken leg (see image). The oscillator was replaced which restored full functionality (See testing video)
